JMJbillings, LLC
Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: April 8, 2026
Last Reviewed: April 8, 2026

1. Introduction
JMJbillings, LLC ("JMJbillings," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring that our web-based platform, located at portal.jmjbillings.com, and all associated digital properties, including calculator.jmjbillings.com and jmjbillings.com (collectively, the "Platform"), are accessible to individuals with disabilities. We believe that every user—regardless of ability—deserves equal access to the services we provide.
This Accessibility Statement describes the current accessibility status of the Platform, the standards we apply, the accommodations we offer, and the process by which users may request assistance or report barriers.
2. Scope and Applicability
This Statement applies to all pages, features, and functionality made available through the Platform, including:
•    The client portal at portal.jmjbillings.com, including dashboard, invoice management, settings, onboarding wizard, and all authenticated interfaces;
•    The ROI calculator at calculator.jmjbillings.com;
•    The public-facing website and marketing pages at jmjbillings.com; and
•    Any email communications sent by or through JMJbillings on behalf of a client.
This Statement does not extend to third-party services integrated with the Platform, including but not limited to QuickBooks, Stripe, or SendGrid. Users with accessibility concerns regarding those services should consult the respective providers’ accessibility statements.
3. Accessibility Standards
JMJbillings designs and develops the Platform with reference to the following recognized accessibility standards and guidelines:
•    Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Levels A and AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C);
•    Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (29 U.S.C. § 794d), to the extent applicable to our services; and
•    The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), Title III, as applied to online platforms.
Our development and design processes incorporate accessibility considerations at each stage, including semantic HTML structure, keyboard navigability, screen reader compatibility, sufficient color contrast ratios, and clear, descriptive labels on interactive elements.
4. Known Limitations and Remediation
While we strive to achieve full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, we acknowledge that some portions of the Platform may not yet fully meet this standard. Known areas under active remediation include:
•    Complex data visualizations and charts on the client dashboard, for which we are developing supplementary text-based data tables and ARIA labels;
•    Dynamic invoice table interactions, which are being reviewed for full keyboard navigability and screen reader announcement accuracy; and
•    Certain third-party embedded widgets, the accessibility of which is subject to third-party vendor updates.
We are actively working to identify and remediate accessibility barriers across the Platform and prioritize fixes based on the severity of user impact. A remediation log is maintained internally and reviewed on a quarterly basis.
5. Assistive Technology Compatibility
The Platform is designed and tested for compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies. These include, but are not limited to:
•    Screen readers, including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver on iOS and macOS;
•    Keyboard-only navigation across all interactive elements;
•    Browser-based zoom functionality up to 200% without loss of content or functionality; and
•    High-contrast display modes and Windows High Contrast Mode.
If you experience compatibility issues with a specific assistive technology not listed above, please contact us using the information provided in Section 8 of this Statement.
6. Accessibility of Email Communications
JMJbillings delivers automated email communications on behalf of its clients to invoice recipients. All outbound email templates are designed with the following accessibility considerations:
•    Plain-language subject lines and body text written at an accessible reading level;
•    Logical reading order compatible with email client screen readers;
•    Unsubscribe and opt-out mechanisms that are keyboard accessible and clearly labeled; and
•    Avoidance of images as the sole method of communicating essential information.
If an email recipient with a disability requires an accessible format of a communication, they should contact the business identified in the email directly. JMJbillings operates as the authorized agent of its clients; client businesses are the primary point of contact for debtor-facing accommodations.
7. Formal Accommodation Requests
JMJbillings welcomes requests for reasonable accommodations from users with disabilities. We will make every effort to provide the requested accommodation in a timely manner, subject to operational feasibility.
To request an accommodation, please submit a written request to the contact information provided in Section 8 below. Your request should include:
•    A description of the specific barrier or difficulty you are experiencing;
•    The assistive technology or accommodation you are requesting, if known; and
•    Your preferred method of follow-up contact.
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within two (2) business days and will provide a substantive response, including a proposed resolution or alternative access method, within ten (10) business days of receipt.
